Website focus: Household electrical appliance examinations for court, claims and disputes with sellers. The particular objects, questions, materials and result format are agreed before work starts.
Can the feasibility of the work be assessed remotely?
Yes. Preliminary consideration begins with a description of the task and the available materials. It does not replace a full examination or guarantee that a finding is possible without inspection or originals.
How do I find out the cost and timeframe?
The cost and timeframe are determined after the subject, questions, volume of materials and necessary actions have been clarified. The terms are agreed before paid work begins.
Is the finding I need guaranteed?
No. The finding depends on the examination results and the sufficiency of the source data. A predetermined outcome of the dispute is not guaranteed.
How do I submit files?
Use the form or an agreed channel. The form permits up to 10 files of up to 10 MB each, with a maximum combined size of 15 MB. Arrange larger submissions separately.
